Who operates this
"We", "us" and "our" mean bestmeme.top, operating bestmeme.top. Contact: legal@bestmeme.top. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts in England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, except where local law gives you non-waivable rights.
What this is
A leaderboard of memecoins ordered by how much SOL has been paid for each slot. Rank is bought. It is not a recommendation, a rating, an audit, or a measure of quality or safety. Using the board is not an investment product and grants no ownership in any token or the platform.
Who can use this
You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live). You are responsible for checking that paying for rank is legal where you are. If it is not, do not bid. We do not verify your identity or location.
Rank is off-chain
Positions are recorded in our database, not in a smart contract. The database is the source of truth for what the board displays. Every bid is a real Solana transaction you can verify on-chain, and every burn is published with its signature — but the ordering itself is ours. If that is not a trust model you accept, do not bid.
Bids are final
Every bid is non-refundable. Once a payment confirms, that SOL has already been split and spent. There is no cancellation, no cooling-off period and no appeal — including if someone outbids you seconds later.
Where your bid goes
80% to the platform treasury, 10% to buying and burning $BEST, 10% to buying and burning whichever coin holds #1. That is the whole split. The treasury address is published in the site footer. Burns are executed by a separate keeper wallet and may be delayed. If we cannot execute a burn — a token with a live freeze authority, no Jupiter route, or $BEST before it launches — that share is recorded as unburned on the receipts page rather than quietly kept.
If we can't match your payment
Bids are tied to a one-time code in the transaction memo. We scan the receiving wallet every two minutes and credit anything that matches, even if your browser closed mid-way. A transfer sent by hand, without that code, cannot be matched automatically — it is logged for manual review with no guaranteed timeline. Do not send SOL outside the bidding flow.
Your content
When you list, you may submit a destination link, pitch (up to 240 characters), token image (uploaded to our servers or linked from an allowed host), and social links. You promise you have the right to use all of it and that it does not break any law or anyone else's rights. By submitting content you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and reproduce it on the board, in share cards, preview images, and search-engine snippets for as long as the listing is live. You can update destination and pitch while you control the listing; we or you can replace images on a later controlling bid.
No endorsement
Anyone can list any token, including one they do not own. A listing is not a review. Security scores come from automated checks (RugCheck, GoPlus) — not audits — and they can be wrong, stale, or miss something entirely. A high score is not safety.
Listings you control
The wallet with the highest cumulative contribution to a listing controls its destination link, pitch, image, and socials. An outside bidder takes control when they become the top contributor — and you can take it back the same way. Want control? Pay more.
$BEST
$BEST is a memecoin launched on pump.fun. It grants no revenue share, no governance, no claim on the platform and no expectation of profit. It is not a security or an investment contract. We hold it, and the board spends 10% of bid revenue buying it — that is a conflict of interest and you should treat it as one. Burning reduces supply; it does not guarantee a price.
Prohibited use
Do not use the board to distribute malware or phishing, impersonate another project, post illegal content, manipulate rank through wash trading, scrape or overload the service, or circumvent rate limits. We may suspend access without notice.
Alerts are best effort
Telegram notifications are a convenience, not a guarantee. Messages can be delayed, dropped or fail entirely, and we are not responsible for a slot lost because a notification did not arrive. Telegram's own terms apply. Do not rely on alerts as your only defence.
We can remove listings
We may remove or hide a listing that is illegal, points at malware or phishing, impersonates another project, or breaks these terms. We may clear images or social links without delisting. Removal does not entitle you to a refund.
Changes to the service
We may change the floor price, fee split, board rules, or features by publishing an update on the site. Material changes to these terms will be posted here with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
No warranty
The service is provided as-is, with no uptime guarantee. Third-party data, RPC providers, and swap routing can fail. Memecoins routinely go to zero. Do not spend money here that you cannot afford to lose entirely.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, bestmeme.top and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost rank, or lost tokens. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the thirty days before the claim arose.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless bestmeme.top and its operators from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your listings, your bids, your content, or your breach of these terms.
