How to list a Solana memecoin
Paste the mint. Pay SOL. Highest bid is #1. You do not need to own the coin. A listing is not a blessing.
People say "list a coin" and mean five different things. CoinGecko. DexScreener. A Telegram admin adding you to a weekly recap. A paid boost. None of those is this.
On a pay-to-rank board you list by paying. Highest cumulative SOL sits highest. No application. No intern. The walkthrough below is the list flow on bestmeme.top. The mechanic underneath is how pay-to-rank works.
1. Get the mint, not the name
A ticker is a costume. $BONK on this board can be three mints at once. Duplicate names are allowed on purpose. The contract is the identity. If you only have a word, you do not have a listing yet.
Grab the CA from pump.fun, DexScreener, Solscan, or your own deploy. 32-44 base58 characters. If someone DMs you a "CA" that is a URL, that is a phishing site.
No mint yet? This page is not a launch tutorial. Deploy on pump.fun, clone something, or ship your own token. Come back when you have a CA you can paste. We do not create coins. We take SOL against ones that already exist.
2. Read it before you pay
You can park a skull. Rank does not require a clean mint. The row will still wear the badge, and people will still click. That is their problem until the screenshot with your wallet on it is circulating.
Paste the mint into the Solana token rug check. Same six checks a listing gets: mint authority, freeze, LP lock, top 10, transfer tax, Token-2022 hook. What each one means is in how to spot a Solana rug.
A live freeze or a transfer hook also makes the coin ineligible for the crown burn. You can still sit #1. You just will not get the faucet.
3. Wallet with SOL in it
Phantom, Solflare, whatever signs a transfer. You need the bid plus a normal Solana fee. Floor on an empty seat is 0.05 SOL. Against someone already sitting, the bump is max(0.01 SOL, 1% of their stake). The 1% exists so a bot cannot nibble you one lamport at a time until the sun dies.
Live number to beat whoever is #1 right now: how much SOL to rank #1.
4. Paste, point, pitch
Open /list. Paste the mint. The site pulls the ticker and a DexScreener picture if one exists. You set the destination URL: the chart, the X, the site you actually want clicks on. Optional pitch, 240 characters. Highest cumulative payer on that mint owns those fields. You can edit later if you still control the seat. Someone pays more, they get the pencil.
You do not need to own the token. Anyone can park any mint. If somebody listed yours with a misspelled Telegram and a jpeg of a toilet, the fix is a bigger bid, not a ticket.
Same ticker, different mint
If $WIF is already on the board at another contract, you can still list. The row shows the CA so nobody mixes them up. The ticker page for that name becomes a fight: two or more mints, ranked by who paid. Naming is free. The seat is not. Roll leftovers in the memecoin name generator if you want a word that is not already sitting here. We only check this board, not the whole chain.
Socials and the picture
Optional. X has to be an x.com link. Telegram has to be t.me. Discord has to be discord.gg or discord.com. Anything else is rejected, including "linktr.ee/totally-our-twitter." They render as icons on the row. Image: paste an https URL (ipfs, DexScreener CDN) or upload png/jpeg/gif/webp. If DexScreener already has art, we pull that unless you override it. Highest payer still owns those fields.
5. Pay. Memo. Done.
The app builds the transaction. You sign one transfer to the published treasury. The memo carries a one-time code so the scanner can tie that payment to this bid. Close the tab if you want. We scan the treasury on a timer. Confirmed means the SOL is already split. There is no cancel button.
Do not send SOL by hand from your exchange app "with a note." Without the code it cannot be matched automatically. It sits in a pile for a human. No promised timeline. That is in the terms for a reason.
The site prepares a bid and holds a nonce for 15 minutes. If you never sign, that code dies and you start over. If you sign and close the tab, we still scan the treasury (about every two minutes) and credit it. "Pending" on your side is not a refund window. Mainnet only. A wallet on the wrong cluster will look like it signed and then nothing will show up.
Resolve can fail: dead mint, garbage CA, RPC blip. If the form cannot pull a ticker, do not send SOL hoping we guess. Fix the mint first. You also click through terms before the first bid. That is the contract, not decoration.
6. After you are on the row
You keep every lamport you staked. Getting dumped is not a wipe. Climbing back is the difference, not the full seat again. Worked numbers live on how it works.
While you hold #1, 10% of every bid on the whole board buys your coin on Jupiter and burns it. That is the faucet. It is also why people fight for the seat instead of renting a gold name for 18 hours.
Where the SOL actually goes
75% platform. 15% buys $BEST and burns it. 10% buys the crown. That is 100. No lottery pot. No "ecosystem fund." Plug a number into the buy-and-burn calculator and open the signatures on the receipts.
A number you can check
Empty board: 0.05 SOL takes #1 outright. After that, say #1 is sitting at 2 SOL. The next bid has to be at least 2.02 (1% of 2). If you already have 0.5 SOL on that mint, you pay 1.52, not 2.02. You never repurchase the 0.5. If #1 is at 0.4 SOL, 1% is 0.004, which is below the 0.01 floor, so the bump is 0.01 and the takeout is 0.41.
After you are live: My bags is the wallet view (connect first). Edit the link and pitch from the coin page while you still control it. Alerts ping Telegram when someone takes the seat. Clicks on the destination are counted per listing so you can see if the seat did anything. The share card on a steal is how this thing spreads. None of that is rank. Rank is the SOL.
There is no "unlist and get my SOL back." A confirmed bid is already split. If a listing is pulled later, that is an ops decision, not a refund.
What you did not just buy
Not CoinGecko. Not DexScreener trending. Not a boost. Those are other products with other prices. What DexScreener boosts actually buy if you want the comparison on one page.
You bought a public rank and a link. If the mint can still print, freeze, or rewrite transfers, the row says so. People will still ape. Memecoins go to zero with or without a seat.
RANK IS BOUGHT. A LISTING IS NOT A BLESSING. MEMECOINS GO TO ZERO.
QUESTIONS
No. Anyone can park any mint. Highest payer controls the destination link and the pitch. Someone listed your ticker ugly? Pay more.
Floor is 0.05 SOL on an empty seat. Against someone already sitting: max(0.01 SOL, 1% of what they paid). One-lamport snipes are how bots eat a list.
No. Confirmed bid, already split. You keep the stake. Climbing back is the difference, not the whole seat again.
The app puts a one-time code in the memo. A transfer without that code cannot be matched automatically. It gets logged for a human. No promised timeline. Use the list flow.
Neither. Rank is paid. The badge is a bot. A listing is not a blessing.
Yes. Duplicate names are allowed. The mint is the identity. The ticker page lists every mint paying for that word.
x.com, t.me, and discord.gg / discord.com. Link trees and random domains get rejected.
A prepared bid holds its memo nonce for 15 minutes. Miss it and start over. A signed transfer is still credited if you close the tab.
No. Confirmed bid is already split. Unlisting is not a refund.
